One of our members, the political commentator and author, Alan Joseph Secreve  wrote in response to the large number of emails we now receive from Dutch citizens in South Africa, enquiring ‘whether it’s still safe for them to stay ‘ --  as follows: 

  November 1 2009 – Alan Secreve writes: “The ANC-regime has never distanced itself from Mugabe’s ethnic cleansing (of whites in Zimbabwe). Furthermore, Mugabe is being idolised by black South African youths – who hope that SA president Jacob Zuma will also call on them to carry out similar actions.

“Among the least--published causes of the Soweto uprisings in 1976 were the ethnic-cleansing of whites in Mozambique and Angola, when local black groups overthrew Portuguese rule.

This sentiment was transferred to township youths in South Africa – and the Sowetans wanted to overthrow white rule in their own way by rejecting everything they ever received from the white-run apartheid government: schools, education, and their rejection of the Afrikaans language were symbols – and especially the latter was then highlighted the most in the English-language news media, who thus also wanted to fuel their own hatred of Afrikaners and their language.”

Picture: Poster for the Decolonising Movement in South Africa: this involves removing whites from all available jobs, deny them land-ownership rights, deny them the right to own any businesses, refuse whites a public education, refuse whites any state-benefits, and refuse whites treatment at public health facilities.  Genocide-experts call this process ‘ethnic cleansing’. Many of these measures have already been introduced by the ANC-regime under a wide variety of so-called ‘black-economic empowerment laws’.

Education in black languages was viewed as ‘white oppression”: What is far less known however is that black South Africans also rejected being educated in their own home-languages – because the apartheid government had also introduced education in black languages and thus the youths viewed this as a form of colonial suppression too.”

The present situation for Afrikaners and whites in South Africa is indeed very similar to the situation of Jews before WWII in Nazi-Germany, as summarised by the philosopher Hanna Arendt in her book”: “The Origins of Totalitarianism’.

• Arendt rejected the claim by Nazi-Germany that the Jews were being persecuted ‘because they were occupying all the positions of authority’ and that this created anger and resentment among the common people”. On the contrary,  Ahrendt pointed out that the Jews were already losing power long before 1933, when Hitler’s party was voted in and took over Germany’s hegemony. By 1933, most of the Jewish-owned banks for instance, had  already been declared ‘ethnically cleansed of Jews (Judenrein)’ . And due to the large-scale emigration of the Jews of Germany before then, their financial influence had by then also waned very rapidly. And it was the danger posed by this loss of power,  wrote Arendt:  ‘Hitler fuelled the population’s existing anti-semitic sentiments… and the rest is history.’

“In South Africa, poor blacks still can see whites living in middle-class houses, own cars and hold down what look like good jobs – even though the whites no longer have any politicial or economic power,’  writes Secreve.

“This could go a far way to explain why there are so many hateful reactions targetting whites.Take for instance the Reitz-4 students. When Free State University rector Jansen tried to give them a tentative form of amnesty, ANC Youth League leader Julius Malema was ready to threaten Jansen with death.

“Their bitterness is expressed in the word ‘racism’, which now has become a universal expression – but which hides the underlying source of their unhappiness.”

African countries have always ethnically-cleansed all the whites:

“From whichever way you look at it,” writes Secreve, “as soon as the European governments handed over power to the native inhabitants, the latter inevitably used violence and unrest to finish the job. This process has shown an identical pattern all across Africa – and to expect South Africa to remain the exception, is a denial of the political reality.”

“The ruling African National Congress’ very existence is based on the overthrow of white rule. And this organisation now is in charge of everything in the country. With slogans such as “Kill a Boer, Kill a Farmer", "The ama-Bhulu are in peril", and characters such as William Kekana who told the court he’d raped a small child, her mother and grandmother ‘because they were white" leave little doubt about the true sentiments among black South Africans.  The warning words spoken by Uganda’s former leader Idi Amin retain their timeless value for anyone wishing to study the African continent: “You came to Africa to play white man with the natives, but we are real!" -- ALAN SECREVE

William Kekana, 20: “I killed them because they were white:”

South Africa, to paraphrase a colleague, is ‘ a cruel, lawless place where not even the life of a baby is worth a cent. A place where criminals patrol each street, each suburb, like predators seeking out their prey, with little fear that they will ever be caught and punished.”  I killed them because they were white.” These famous words were spoken in court by William Kekana, who participated in the massacre of the entire family of Mr. Clifford Rawstorne. His fiancée, baby girl and his mother were murdered, the adult women raped.  Even this massacre of an entire family would not have made headlines, were it not for the fact that one year-old Kayla Drennan-Rawstone was executed on her very first birthday with a shot in the head. On Tuesday, Kekana sat impassively in the dock listening to Judge Monica Leeuw's comments before she sentenced him to six life sentences and 60 years in jail for crimes that included murder, abduction and rape. He was, the judge declared, "the real reincarnation of the devil himself - the devil personified".
Judge Leeuw had found Kekana guilty on 14 charges, including the rapes and murders of Hester Rawstone, 52, Janine Drennan, 24, and her one-year-old baby Kayla. He was also convicted in the Temba Circuit Court, north of Pretoria, of the abduction, rape and attempted murder of a 17-year-old girl at Stinkwater and aggravated robbery. The judge stated during sentencing that Kekana had been "arrogant and remorseless" throughout his testimony. When he spoke, he served only to tie himself in knots until he could not escape his own contradictions. Occasionally he glowered at the prosecutor, Dewald Reynierse, when he made these contradictions obvious. Kekana said in mitigation of sentence: "I committed crimes for money. It was not my intention to kill or rape." Reynierse asked: "But instead you rape a mother, kill her one-year-old baby, and all that for two rings and a cellphone?"Then Kekana said he would not answer the questions Reynierse put to him. He later said to Reynierse: "In this case you're a white man, I'm a black man. I forgive you." But when asked to explain himself, Kekana said he was "referring to the apartheid era". Judge Leeuw was also shocked, and interrupted Kekana, asking him to explain himself again. He then said that Drennan, baby Kayla and Rawstone had been killed because they where white. "Did you say you killed and raped a white lady and killed her child because of apartheid?" Judge Leeuw asked. "Well, after the old lady (Rawstone) answered her cellphone in the car, she was shot. Thereafter we did everything we did because they were white," Kekana said. Reynierse asked Kekana why he then had hijacked, raped and attempted to kill a black girl. He said that was "done upfront" and he had not intended it. Judge Leeuw said: "These arguments, especially the apartheid issue, are a sublime piece of nonsense. It tells me that he has this sense of entitlement. South Africa does not need a young man like the accused. Not now, and not in a long time." Kekana's father Herbert, a police officer, sat with his head in his hands. Janine Drennen held her crying baby Kayla Rawstone as she faced the men who had just raped her. William Kekana (19) shot her once. She screamed and put her baby down on the ground. Kekana's accomplice turned to the crying baby and shot Kayla in the face. Both men then fired at Drennen "until she dropped silently on the ground". One-year-old Kayla was still alive, making rattling sounds. Kekana then shot her and she was silent. This is what the 17-year-old sole survivor of the rape and murder spree on July 31 2003 told the Temba Circuit High Court in Pretoria. It was Kayla's first birthday that night - and she, her mother Janine Drennen and grandmother Hester Rawstone were killed. Kekana earlier pleaded guilty to raping the teenage witness, attempting to kill her, kidnapping her, Drennen, Kayla and Rawstone, hijacking the vehicle, pointing a firearm and the unlawful possession of a firearm and ammunition... http://www.thestar.co.za/index.php?fSectionId=128&fArticleId=2099633

Pictures taken of the crime scene showed a half-naked Mrs Drennen lying half on her side. The body of Kayla was near hers. The images they referred to were various SAPS forensic photographs which show the horrendous injuries with which Afrikaner and Boer women, men and children are being murdered in such ferocious violence in South Africa at the moment. These photographs illustrate that these murders are fuelled by pure hatred, as the numerous stab-wounds and horrendous mutilations on these photographs illustrate. We have of course already removed these images because of this censorship by Windows Sky-Drive.  And thus we have also had to censor these images which illustrate the truth of this genocide, from becoming known. Similar censorship of the truth, in fact to the way in which the US government recently decided to remove all references to the Nazi holocaust of the Jews of Europe from their school curriculum…

My comment to Microsoft Windows Sky-Drive:

November 1 2009 – 10:10: “We have now removed those pictures referred to below from the said album. However we must point out that these are FORENSIC photographs from the South African Police Service records -  and are published to illustrate the ferocity with which members of a specific minority group in South Africa is being targetted. Forensic experts believe that these images illustrate that these murderers of babies, women and men are motivated not by mere crime, but by hatred - and these photographs illustrate that fact.

• These are similar to the photographs showing piles of nude bodies from the Nazi holocaust which can also be seen on countless of your albums - but clearly are not deemed pornographic...

International genocide experts such as Dr Gregory Stanton of the UN-organisation Genocide Watch have also pointed out in TV-interviews  that this small South African minority group is indeed being targetted by 'genocidal violence' and that such injuries - mutilations, extensive and repeated injuries - all indicate the genocidal intent of the perpetrators rather than mere 'crime-of-greed motivation'.

Nude photographs of murdered babies:

As a matter of fact those 'nude photographs of babies' you referred to, were the SAPS forensics photographs of two infants who were murdered in the most horrendous way: one girl was wrapped live in newspapers and set alight; the second child showed injuries in the photograph which were consistent with her being grabbed by the feet, and swung against a wall, after which  she was strangled.

I of course have removed the photographs at once - but also register my objection to your censorship of these horrendous events and can only presume that you must be supportive of the government which allows these atrocities to continue without intervening in them.

My comment:

We have now removed all those ‘offensive, partial nude’ photographs of murdered Afrikaner women, men and children from our public album – while at the same time also noting that this will make our task – to highlight the ongoing genocide of the Afrikaners and Boers in South Africa– that much more difficult.
