Is Human Rights Foundation only for ‘black rights?’
“Why am I not considered ‘indigenous enough to have human rights?” asks Wendy Addison -- the South African woman who blew the whistle on the R12,5-m fraud at LeisureNet – writing to Jody Kollapen of the Human Rights Foundation…

“Dear Jody - I was fortunate to have met with you at The District Six Museum in 2009 when we discussed morals and ethics in South Africa. My own personal journey of attempting to right the wrongs through the human rights platforms and justice departments of South Africa have come a shuddering end. You may recall I was the whistleblower of LeisureNet and as a result have suffered devastating financial loss as a result of taking such a stand. Furthermore, my health has been seriously impacted by the last ten years' of enduring just to survive.The feedback to my requests for assistance have met with explanations that I am "not indigenous enough to assist" and that my application for legal assistance is not warranted as the potential case "would not uplift the indigenous community". I am a born and bred South African so remain confused as to why I am not considered indigenous.
“I cannot help but feel it is a racial issue, nothing more. In this vein and in what seems to be a permeation of South African society is an ‘anti-non indigenous’ attitude - sometimes called 'anti-white' or ‘anti-colonial.’
“Your policy advisor Andile Mngxitama hates anybody who is not considered ‘black’… “
“To this end, I feel it absolutely necessary to address the vociferous, racist hate speech spewing from The Human Rights Foundations' policy advisor, Andile Mngxitama.” (on pic far-right). “His hate speech is updated on his Facebook page and one only has to read through his incitements to understand how much he hates anybody who is not considered 'black'.

“Now one could argue that this is his 'private' page which he can use as he wishes, however - it is a universal truth that electronic media platforms are very powerful indeed: have a look at: http://www.techcentral.co.za/social-medias-risk-and-reward/13933/.
Andile is an intelligent man, he knows what he's doing. Please help me understand why he fills the role of a policy advisor to the Human Rights Foundation when he clearly loathes a large swathe of the human race? He should not have anything to do with a HUMAN Rights Foundation, certainly not as its policy advisor, when he is seeking to harm human beings via his diatribe.
Kindly remind him that he is employed by The Human Rights Foundation and not The Black Rights Foundation. I look forward to hearing back from you. With kind regards - Wendy Addison

Foreign donors fund anti-white hatespeech group Blackwash

European taxpayers help fund black-racism in South Africa:
Do the European Union, DCI, Mott Foundation and Care International know that they are also funding the black-racist “Blackwash” group’s hatespeech propaganda which urges township blacks to kill ‘settlers?”
- The EU donates an annual 22-m Euros to South Africa;
- The Michigan--based private Mott foundation donated more than $ 59-million through 565 grants to NGOs since 1996 to South Africa;

Press Ombudman: Mngxitama of Blackwash incites violence against Afrikaners and ‘settlers’
July 12 2010 - However Mr Mngxitama’s activities on behalf of the Foundation have been given a rather wide interpretation to its mandate to ‘combat poverty and inequality’. In order to carry out this mandate, he appears to be concentrating considerable effort on spreading as much hate-speech and false information against the country’s 3-million-strong Afrikaner minority as possible through his organisation Blackwash and also through his articles:

“Blacks in Bondage article by Andile Mngxitama false implied that Ventersdorp mayor was killed by white racist extremists when he was in fact killed by a black man, Johannes Monatle, 10 years earlier…’
Pictured left (click to enlarge or scroll down for larger version) -- April 11 2010- the Press Ombudsman has ruled that the Blacks in Bondage article City Press article by Andile Mngxitama had ‘ falsely implied that Ventersdorp mayor Kabelo Mashi was killed by white racist extremists’ when he was in fact killed by a black man, Johannes Monatle, ten years earlier…
The press ombudsman ruled on July 12 2010 that City Press had 'breached the press code by publishing an opinion piece on 11 April 2010 headlined “Blacks in Bondage’’ by Andile Mngxitama, (a founder/organiser of the black-racist group Blackwash) . This man also is an influential policy advisor to the European Union-funded Foundation for Human Rights…
-------------------------------------------------
Mngxitama published this article after attending the trial of two young black men who were arrested at the crime-scene shortly after the murder of frail, ailing AWB leader Eugene Terre'Blanche, 69. The old Boer was slaughtered so cruelly that he was described as having been ‘dismembered and unrecognisable’. Nothing was stolen from his delapidated homestead. Mngxitama ‘s claimed that the Ventersdorp mayor – who had died more than 10 years earlier – had "stood up to the bullies of Ventersdorp". The article was challenged on the basis that Mngxitama got his facts wrong because a black man, Johannes Monatle, was convicted of the mayor's murder in 2000, and that the article therefore also propagated racial hatred against the Afrikaner minority.
While deputy ombudsman Johan Retief dismissed the second charge of ‘propagating racial hatred’-- he did find that City Press “overshot its right to publish commentary by publishing a one-sided story that ignored known facts about the case.” The newspaper's defence, namely that ‘the case was a controversial one and that the story raised a legitimate debate and aired different views”, did not hold water, he said in a statement on Monday.
- Commented the deputy press ombudsman: "By all means: Let the court case be controversial - but then also mention the (factual) outcome of the court case in the name of fairness, accuracy and balance. The Press Code (Art. 4.3) is clear: The press is entitled to comment, but it shall 'take fair account of all available facts which are material to the matter commented upon.' This unfortunately did not happen," Retief said. "The newspaper's defence is that the story around Mashi's murder is a ‘legitimate debate’ and that City Press ‘aired the different views fully’ is also not acceptable as only one view was aired 'fully'." The deputy press ombudsman has ordered City Press to publish a summary of their finding. – Sapa http://www.iol.co.za/index.php?set_id=1&click_id=3015&art_id=nw20100712161417712C387431

“In 1995 the European Commission inaugurated a far-reaching development programme within the framework of the European Programme for Reconstruction and Development (EPRD), which had substituted the Special Programme and broadened its scope. Through Multi-Annual Indicative Programmes (MIPs) and constant dialogue with South African institutions the EU also began a phase of strict cooperation with the new government. This close relationship with the government can also be seen in the general objectives of EU development policy in the country: indeed, while during 1995-1996 the EPRD was centred on supporting the Reconstruction and Development Programme (RDP), which had been the flagship programme of the ANC electoral campaign, in 1997 the objective shifted towards the new national programme of Growth, Employment and Redistribution (GEAR) which substituted the RDP, becoming the new central policy of the South African government.

Since 1996, three Multi-Annual Indicative Programmes (MIPs) have been decided upon, with the last for 2003-2005 still under implementation, for an average of € 122 million per annum. Consolidation of democracy was one of the four focal areas of all MIPs, while in the period 2003-2006 a specific reference to deepening democracy has been made. In the period 1995-2001, democracy-related projects absorbed 19.2 per cent of EPRD resources (€ 149 million) with an implementation rate of 53 per cent [MIP 2003-2005].

Charles Stewart Mott Foundation – USA -- 565 grants totalling $59,237,468 to South Africa 1996 – 2010:
Farm murder, two robberies, Danielskuil
Sylvia van Niekerk, murdered gruesomely, Sept 10 2010, Boplaas farm cottage, Danielskuil.
2010-09-14 Danielskuil - For two years the Van Niekerks travelled across the country together, but their "permanent honeymoon" was cut short by Sylvia van Niekerk’s gruesome murder. Joe van Niekerk told Volksblad about the murder of his wife Sylvia in a rented guest cottage on the farm Boplaas outside Danielskuil. He worked under contract at the Kolomela mine in Postmasburg.
Mr Van Niekerk discovered his wife's body shortly after 17:00 when he came home from work. A 17-year-old suspect was arrested on Saturday afternoon.The unnamed black suspect appeared in court the following Monday. The case was postponed until Friday, for a bail applicationl. Report by André Botha, Volksblad
The tragedy comes barely two weeks after Sylvia's brother died, and a year after Van Niekerk's 22-year-old son, Albert, died."The Lord leads us through deep waters, but He knows why," Van Niekerk said on Monday.The couple got married about two years ago. Since their children had left home, they decided to sell their house and travel across the country, as Van Niekerk worked for a contracting firm in a number of different places.
They spent the past two months at Danielskuil while Van Niekerk worked at the Kolomela mine in Postmasburg.He now wants to finish his contract and leave Danielskuil, since there are too many memories there.
Sylvia Van Niekerk will be cremated and her ashes will be scattered at Salt Rock on the north coast of KwaZulu-Natal. This was her favourite place, and she asked that her ashes be scattered there after her death. Van Niekerk described his wife as a loving person who was touched when she saw beggars at the side of the road. She was creative and had a passion for photography, writing and painting. Shortly before the murder, at 14:47, she wrote on her Facebook profile: "To the world you may be just one person - but to one person you may be the world." http://www.news24.com/SouthAfrica/News/Grieving-husband-opens-his-heart-20100913

Foreign donors fund anti-white hatespeech group Blackwash
-
European taxpayers help fund black-racism in South Africa:
Do the European Union, DCI, Mott Foundation and Care International know that they are also funding the black-racist “Blackwash” group’s hatespeech propaganda which urges township blacks to kill ‘settlers?”
- The EU donates an annual 22-m Euros to South Africa;
- The Michigan--based private Mott foundation donated more than $ 59-million through 565 grants to NGOs since 1996 to South Africa;
-------------------------

July 14 2010 - Blackwash group organiser Andile Mngxitama (right in this picture)– importantly is a paid policy adviser of the ANC-run European Union-funded Foundation for Human Rights. And he’s been a really busy bee this year. His group has been distributing the Blackwash group’s pamphlets (left) urging black township dwellers to vent their anger on ‘settlers’; and Mngxitama has also been found guilty of spreading false propaganda against the Afrikaners of Ventersdorp in a City Press newspaper article headlined “Blacks in Bondage’. South African government gets an annual € 122 million for its ‘democracy and integration’ programmes from Europe:
The employer of Mr Mncxitama, (his email is amngxitama@fhr.org.za )the Foundation for Human Rights, has direct links to leading ANC-members: it is chaired by Ms Louise Asmal, co-chaired by Judge Siraj Desai, and its treasurer is Jody Kollapen, the former SA Human Rights commissioner. It bills itself as ‘one of the primary indigenous grant-makers to the Human Rights sector in South Africa.” It was established through the 1996 cooperation agreement between the European Union and the South African government. The South African government receives an annual € 122 million for all its democracy and integration programmes like this through this agreement – including receing EU-funding for the Foundation for Human Rights: the FHR states on its own website that its funding primarily comes from the European Union – but also from donors such as DCI, the Mott Foundation and Care International. The Foundation’s stated purpose is to raise grants with which “to combat poverty and inequality”… http://www.fhr.org.za/article.php?a_id=27

Press Ombudman: Mngxitama of Blackwash incites violence against Afrikaners and ‘settlers’
However Mr Mngxitama’s activities on behalf of the Foundation have been given a rather wide interpretation to its mandate to ‘combat poverty and inequality’. In order to carry out this mandate, he appears to be concentrating considerable effort on spreading as much hate-speech and false information against the country’s 3-million-strong Afrikaner minority as possible through his organisation Blackwash and also through his articles:

Pictures left (click to enlarge or scroll down for larger version) - April 11 2010- the Press Ombudsman has ruled that a City Press article by Andile Mngxitama had ‘ falsely implied that Ventersdorp mayor Kabelo Mashi was killed by white racist extremists’ when he was in fact killed by a black man, Johannes Monatle, ten years earlier…
July 13 2010 - The City Press newspaper – which has a very large readership among South Africa’s black community - has been found guilty of “distributing false information regarding Afrikaners” in this article by a Blackwash organiser, Andile Mngxitama.
- This grant-gathering organisation, funded by the European Union, is run by influential ANC-linked leadership figures such as Mrs Louise Asmal. Blackwash is publicly posing as a ‘black-consciousness group’ although it has direct links with the ANC-leadership. -------------------------------------------------
Mngxitama published this article after attending the trial of two young men who were arrested at the crime-scene shortly after the murder of frail, ailing AWB leader Eugene Terre'Blanche, 69.

-
Since 1996, three Multi-Annual Indicative Programmes (MIPs) have been decided upon, with the last for 2003-2005 still under implementation, for an average of € 122 million per annum.
