The most amazing feature of this crime map is that between Jan 1 2010 and July 2010 – when international media attention was focused on the World Cup 2010 -- attacks against 'white' families victimised only the rural Afrikaners. Attacks against urban 'whites' were low.

However as soon as all the ‘white’ tourists and foreign media had left, there was an immediate, eight-fold increase in violent attacks against white families in the cities and on farms which has not abated. The circles on the map indicate the number of attacks against whites on farms and urban areas in each region: an unnumbered circle shows one deadly attack. The graph underneath the map shows that an average of one attack a day took place from Jan 2010 to half-July 2010 – the end of the WC2010. The ANC-linked student union SASCO's previously announced plans to wage 'ferocious warfare on campuses' bore fruit this week: violence erupted in Durban on Friday at two technical colleges. Seven students were arrested for burning tyres and throwing stones at cars and properties, said SAPS col. Jay Naicker.
And in Johannesburg, some 30,000 'late applicants" showed up simultaneously at the University of Johannesburg's Kingsway campus, caused heavy traffic jams, said traffic chief superintendent Wayne Minnaar. UJ's registrar, Professor Marie Muller, said they had already received 63,400 applications for first-year undergraduate studies and had 'conditionally admitted 17,500 applicants" when 30,000 more applicants showed up enmasse. They were all given application forms and there were no reports of violence.

'LIBERATION BEFORE EDUCATION"...
SASCO is using the many hundreds-of-thousands of 'disgruntled matriculants' who failed to qualify for science-and maths-oriented courses as 'cannon-fodder' - demanding that all these 'working-class students' be given immediate access to all the universities for whatever courses they choose to attend. Durban technical university's vice chancellor Ahmed Bawa said protestors also were complaining about poor accommodation and the fact that already enrolled students now owe the college a whopping R55million in outstanding school fees. "This year, we have 60,000 applicants for 6,000 places,' he noted.
A total 345,389 matric-pupils had failed their 2010 exams for physical science and/or mathematics � thus disqualifying them for many university courses even though they passed their 'softer " subjects such as 'life orientation' or 'political science'… and this is the most disgruntled group, demanding access to all the science-and-maths-related university courses. There's also a much larger - even more disgruntled -- group: out of the original 1,318,932 pupils who had enrolled in 1999 to write their matric exams, 954,419 failed altogether -- through a combination of dropping out and those who failed their matric-exams in 2010.
'BLACK AFRICAN STUDENTS ARE SUPPRESSED: THEY GIVE YOU Ds.."
The anti-white tone for SASCO's announced 'campus warfare' was firmly set last Friday with the co-ruling Congress of SA Trade Unions' general secretary Zwelinzima Vavi told a large, angry crowd of black matriculants at their Stellenbosch University rally 'that their failure to get into university was due only to the 'continued suppression of black students in general and African students in particular…' He emphased that it was only due to their race that the examinators had failed to give them passing rates in physical science and maths- exams:
- "They give you D's so that you do not proceed further with your studies and others unjustifiably collect A's, but always know what this is meant to do... destroy your confidence in your own intellect… but what you must never allow, comrades, as you fight against these practices, is to let them instil in you a sense of self-doubt, a lack of confidence in your intellect."
By 2010 the lack of science- and maths-teachers - mostly white teachers who were fired under the government's law barring whites from employment -- show very rapid deterioration in such subjects in the SA school system: of the 263,034 pupils who wrote mathematics in 2010, only 124,749 passed. And only 98,260 of the 205,364 candidates who had sat their physical science-exams passed.
Overall: of the total 1,318,932 pupils who had enrolled for their school-careers in 1999, a whopping 954,419 pupils had failed: some 500,000 dropped out over the years, while the rest had failed their 2010 exams. The overall matriculation pass-rates for 2010 were only 27,6% � and not the 67.8% pass-rates announced so triumphantly by the ANC-regime earlier.
CAN'T BLAME IT ON 'APARTHEID'
- This failure to educate the SA kids properly can't be blamed on apartheid any more: the Class of 2010 started their school careers in 1999 � a full nine years after FW de Klerk had formally abolished apartheid. When these kids entered school in 1999, the African National Congress party had been in power for five years and 'education in SA was a level playing field with integrated schools.'
* Yet in 2010, the latest matric-results disasters are still being blamed on "the suppression of black African students…
