SA cop college shaves off women’s hair
SAPS college shaves off women recruits hair against their will
Tuesday, 1 Feb 2011 News release, Freedom Front Plus. “The Police College in Ulundi has shaved off the hair of all female recruits who have started with their basic training. Thereafter they received their training in the hot sun, but without any hats on their heads. It was so bad that one (very pale-skinned( recruit had to receive medical treatment after her face had swollen up severely. “
Initially the recruit was forced to wait to see a doctor as she was ‘not a member of a medical aid’. She only received medical attention after some time.
Her worried father, a retired policeman, Mr. Antoon Young from Frankfort, attempted to contact the Police Commissioner but neither he nor other senior members of the Police were available as they were “attending a party in Soweto”. The parent then contacted the Freedom Front Plus and the party's chief spokesman Pieter Groenewald immediately followed up on the issue. It was arranged that the recruit phone her parents immediately and she was in the interim transferred to another training college.
"The practice of shaving off the hair of female recruits who start their Police training should be stopped immediately. It is also humiliating and an infringement on their human rights. I will be requesting the Minister to launch a full investigation and action should be taken against commanders and instructors who enforce this practice. It appears as if the new military approach in the Police is being used as a smokescreen which could lead to malpractices. It is unacceptable and the Minister will have to explain," Groenewald says.

News report:
Pretoria - Female recruits at the police's training academy in Ulundi have had their heads shaved bare - leaving one of them in need of urgent medical attention. Within three days of being shorn last month, the very pale-skinned recruit "was so burned by the sun that her whole face was so swollen that she couldn't see anymore", said the 27-year-old's father Antoon Young.
When his daughter sought medical attention she was told that because she was not yet a member of the police's medical aid she could not see a doctor, he said. She was sent to a clinic and given vitamin tablets instead. "After that, all the other girls collected money for her to see a doctor. The girls with her were prepared to pay for her," said Young.
He said he was told that all the girls who refused to have their hair shaved off were punished with physical training.Young, a retired policeman with 30 years' service, said that in his entire career with the police he had never heard of female recruits having their heads shaved.
Shaved 'against her will'
He became aware of his daughter's situation when she sent him cellphone images of her swollen ace.
- "I am of the opinion that she is suffering of sunstroke and that she needs urgent medical treatment as she is complaining of headache, dizziness and vomiting," Young wrote in an open letter to the Freedom Front Plus.
"I am also of the opinion that her hair was shaved against her will and against police regulations."He said he had tried to contact Police Commissioner Bheki Cele about his daughter's plight. He said his daughter's severe reaction to being shaved may have also been an allergic reaction to the sudden exposure.
----------------
Background: Afrikaners, similar to many other Northern-Europeans and African albinos, also are genetically inclined towards developing severe familial allergies, skin cancer and even blindness due to exposure to even the slightest amount of ultra-violet radiation i.e. sunlight. One such family, the Vivier family, which suffered severely from porphyria which forced them to remain indoors most of the time in SA, was in April 2004 even granted asylum in a town in Canada which had the lowest number of sunshine days.).
Police col Vish Naidoo said there "would be a departmental investigation with a view to disciplinary action. He could not comment further until investigations into the matter had been completed".
Transferred
Young, who lives in the Free State town of Frankfort, said he felt it was problematic that his daughter had been sent to a police college where instruction was only in Zulu although the Afrikaans girl - trilingual in English and a local black language being taught in the Free State - could not understand the Zulu language. He was also worried that his concern for his daughter's well-being would cause her problems. "It was me who contacted everybody, not her. I hope this does not get her into trouble. She never contacted anyone except me."
He said that since the incident his daughter had been transferred to the police's training college in Chatsworth, Durban. Freedom Front Plus spokesperson Pieter Groenewald said the shaving of female recruits' heads should not be allowed. He said the recruits had not been provided with hats and that this had resulted in the severe burning of Young's daughter."It is also humiliating and an infringement on their human rights. It appears as if the new military approach in the police is being used as a smokescreen which could lead to malpractices," he said.He would ask Police Minister Nathi Mthethwa to launch an investigation and take action against commanders who initiated the practice of shaving female recruits' hair.

What SA’s Illustrious cops have been up to over the past few days
In this article below the newspaper “Beeld” reports about two thieving policemen who were caught stealing 58 sheep from a white farmer in Standerton Eastern Transvaal area loaded it in a police vehcle and went to the black township were they tried to sell it. A police informant informed the police. When a photographer wanted to take pictures of them, he was intimidated and held hostage inside the court by the police colleagues so he could not go outside to take pictures of the vermin.http://www.beeld.com/Suid-Afrika/Nuus/Polisie-steel-glo-skape-met-vangwa-20110201
The next two links refer to policemen abducting and raping teenage girls in two separate incidents. One girl was 15 and the other 19.

The next link is actually hilarious. Four cops got sent to escort a suspect to court. They handcuffed him and he was sitting at the back. The cops left a service pistol in the cubby hole and stopped to buy some food. The suspect then helds up the cops with the pistol and stole their car.
The next link refers to 119 Johannesburg cops fired for corruption last year.
The following link refers to a 23 yo police officer that was arrested for renting out guns, bullet-proof vests, radios, blue lights and sirens.
More than 5 300 firearms have been lost or stolen from police stations and offices around the country over the past two years.
Altogether 860 people died at the hands of police or in their custody last year, 294 suspects died in custody and a further 566 people were killed by police. Seven people were "tortured" to death. The total number of deaths was six percent down on the previous year. More than any time during Apartheid.
Despite more than 60 000 additional police personnel that were recruited between 2002 and 2010 crime levels are soaring with house robberies that have increased 100% since 2003/2004. This is after they have massaged the stats.
Taxpayers’ money may once again be used to pay out damages in a case of police brutality. The case involves an Afrikaans female pawn shop assistant Erika Schutte, who was falsely accused of dealing in stolen goods then locked up in a “steaming” hot police van for several hours with two black male suspects. During her detention the police swore at her, threatened her with violence and they formed a circle around her, while some of the cops slapped her on her shoulder. The police threatened to detain her at the police station, together with male suspects.http://www.iol.co.za/news/crime-courts/cops-threatened-me-with-violence-1.1019630

Sunnyside police station, including station commander Brigadier Papile Kekana, has become a law onto themselves. Harrassing prostitutes , detaining them elagally, etc…A lawyer Ebenezer Essilfie sent a letter to minister Nathi Mthethwa, commissioner General Bheki Cele and the national director of public prosecutions, calling the Sunnyside police a “den of unlawfulness, oppression and suppression of freedom”.
Three policemen (police captain and two warrant officers ) from the organised crime unit in Polokwane were arrested for allegedly helping out a man charged with robbery. the police captain was apparently given R16 500 and a plasma TV set in return, while one of the officers was given a car and fridge. The other officer was said to have been given R3000.
And you know what is the worst? There are 200,000 of these types in the SA Police Servicehttp://www.iol.co.za/news/crime-courts/police-are-important-cele-1.1018324
Large harvest failures, S.Africa
Jaypee Smuts writes from Hazyview: Feb 1 2011 – “Forty percent of the Litchi harvest were still hanging in the trees here: excessive water has caused them to burst open, those will mostly go to the juice factories. Some export-mango crops were damaged about 15%- 20. Eighty percent of the avocado crop has failed.”
Government will not compensate farmers for damage to crops:
The agriculture-minister has meanwhile also showed the regime’s usual hard-nosed approach to the country’s few remaining commercial food-producers, announcing that her government will not pay for any flood-damages to the crops. All the crop-producing regions of South Africa have been hit hard this season by unprecedented flooding and powerful storms. http://www.fin24.com/Economy/Govt-wont-pay-for-flood-damaged-crops-20110118
“Job losses on farms are astronomical in our region due to the floods, nothing to harvest which is done mainly by casual workers. Hail damage to fruit trees also contribute to work loss as the work involved will be finished after some trees have been cutt off to form new structure branches and the recovery period will take a while, usually the casual workers harvesting mangos go over to the avo trees to harvest as the seasons overlap end all the workers would have had work, but unfortunately for them the season will be much shorter as there are not many avo's to harvest this year."
“In the Tzaneen area the bananas also took a knock. Also the vegetable farms were flooded. As you know this region is known as the fruit and vegetable-basket of South Africa - but not this year I am sad to say.
The export firms, transporters, farmers, businesses, markets abroad and local, Woolworth's, Pick&Pay, Checkers, Fruit and Vegies outlets won't have much to sell - and what they can sell will be costing an arm and a leg, so the consumer is to suffer as well...” he concluded. http://www.facebook.com/jaypee44
South African crop-production areas:
Avocados, bananas, mango’s litchis, papayas, granadillas, pineapples, guavas, loquats, melons & kiwi fruit.: the best areas for cultivation of these subtropical fruits are in the Limpopo, Mpumalanga and KwaZulu-Natal provinces.
Guavas and Granadillas are also grown in the Western Cape, whilst pineapples are grown in the Eastern Cape & KwaZulu-Natal.
The total hectares of growing areas:
Avocados: 12,000, Pineapples: 14000, Bananas: 11600, Mangoes: 8100, Litchis: 3000. Litchi-growing started recently in the Western Cape ‘s Paarl Valley as the focal point.
Olives
Extensive olive plantings are found in the Western Cape, while increasing interest is being shown in berries, pomegranates and figs. Granadillas and cactus pears are found in areas of Mpumalanga and Limpopo. http://www.safruitfarms.com/subtropical.aspx

Goosen farm family survives attack, Harmonie
--------------
Jaypee Smuts writes from Hazyview: Jan 31 2011 – Farmer Giep Goosen of the Harmonie-block and his wife, their little son and two of his little friends were held hostage upon their return from church on Sunday. Arriving at the farm-gate, the farmer had stopped to open the gate when five armed black men stormed from the woods and climbed into his vehicle. “
Growing threats to kill whites since World Cup 2010:
As the crime-fighting website Farmitracker.com shows (on the two maps below), there has been a very sudden surge in armed attacks, hatespeech and government-originated propaganda against whites ever since half-July 2010. From that time, black workers also started receiving many warnings at taxiranks, enroute between work, at home in the townships and in shops, that they would have to start murdering their white employers – or be murdered themselves. http://censorbugbear-reports.blogspot.com/2010/06/july-12-all-whites-will-be-killed.html
-------------------------------
‘Goosen’s 5 attackers already knew that the child was his only son… and threatened to shoot him‘
Jaypee wrote: “The five men were all armed. They ordered Goosen to drive to the homestead and enroute they asked him specifically ‘where is the money for the pumpkins’. He farms with butternuts and also sells them from his homestead. However Goosen did not have any cash on him except R50 in his wallet and gave this to them. They then threatened to shot dead ‘his only son’ if he didn’t give them all his money. And then they shot dead all three of his dogs right in front of everybody.
They ordered to unlock his safe – there was no money in the safe – they took his firearm, and tried to drive off in Goosen’s vehicle. Then his wife was ordered to start up the vehicle and they chased off with it: it was found abandoned later near Ofcolaco not far away from their farm. This is the sixth attack on farm-owners in this region within a two-month period, writes Smuts.
Frikkie Scheepers attacked in Dec 2010, another woman and three farmers fired at:
“In December 2010 Frikkie Scheepers and his wife were attacked. Thereafter two neighbouring farmers were robbed of their firearms and another neighbouring farmer was fired on when he tried the backdoor to try and find out what was going on. “Early January an old lady was attacked near Letsitele – she however shot off a finger of one of the attackers and they fled. There also was another attack on two elderly people about which I can obtain no information. And then there was the attack on Sunday on Goosen and his family.
Definitely an inside job:
“Fortunately there was no loss of lives during these attacks. The Goosen attack definitely was an inside job – they knew that the son was the only child; they knew the pumpkin-money was kept at the homestead and they knew about the firearm in the safe... “ He concluded: “One cannot believe that there still are people who trust their house-workers and sleep easy at night. I hope this was a wakeup call for him. Next time he might not be so luckly, and not get out of it without a loss of life.”
White genocide: legally barred from jobs
-----------------------
Johannesburg – It makes no sense. The ANC regime has launched a renewed campaign to purge the majority of 5,9-million taxpayers, many of whom still are whites, from their jobs – even though the regime desperately needs these individual taxpayers’ annual R62,7-billion in revenue to fund the ANC’s vote-buying welfare benefits programme. It’s expected that by 2012, sixteen-million black South Africans will survive only on Welfare benefits…
Is the South African regime in self-destruct mode?
By 2009 a full thirty percent of the entire 46-million, black South Africans survived only on Welfare. The number of social grant beneficiaries soared by some 300% over the past nine years and next year, 16-million black people are expected to survive only on Welfare, the SA Institute of Race Relations warned recently….
Black economic empowerment legalises theft from blacks too?
By 2009 SA still had 5,9m taxpayers from whom R207-billion in taxes ($20,7b) were collected. In the 2009 financial year these less than 6-million taxpayers also paid a full one-third of all the taxes which helped to support that year’s 14m black, coloured and Asian social grant beneficiaries. And that was two years ago. Yet the ANC remains hell-bent to destroy this taxpayer-base through its obsessive, genocidal drive to bar all the country’s whites from earning any kind of survival-living. Yet white taxpayers still make up the majority of people who supply the treasury with sufficient funds to help pay for the ANC’s excessive social-welfare schemes. This self-destruct process only makes sense if the ANC hopes to remain its strangle-hold on power by buying their voters with Welfare payments and government jobs to the party-faithful… yet for every white job lost, at least three ‘black’ jobs also are lost: whites always were the largest employers of uneducated black workers…
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Whites denied social grants, social housing – by law:
It is racist to feed poor whites says ANC
Another form of genocide being conducted very deliberately against whites is the fact that the country's 800,000 poor, homeless whites are denied Welfare benefits. These mostly Afrikaans-speaking artisans are poor only because of the ANC-laws barring whites from the majority of jobs. White poverty is expected to get even worse, and very soon: this month the regime has also launched a renewed crackdown on contractors and labour brokers who manage to still employ skilled whites through a legal loophole which the ANC-regime now has closed with yet another labour-law.
- White contract-labourers and labour-broking will be stopped says ANC http://www.fin24.com/Economy/Inspectors-to-enforce-labour-law-20110131
- Employment break-down by race SAIRR – these stats are slanted: the vast majority of ‘whites’ do not qualify for unemployment benefits from the State, being contract- and/or labour-brokered job-holders: these stats are gathered through the number of unemployment benefit applications: http://www.sairr.org.za/services/publications/south-africa-survey/south-africa-survey-online-2009-2010/employment-incomes
‘Coloured” Khoi-San to be barred from labour market too?
And now the Zuma-regime has drawn up new ethnic-cleansing labour-laws which would have serious implications for the survival-abilities of the coloured population in the Western and Northern Cape: namely, the people of mixed Khoi-San/Malay origin.
This mostly Afrikaans-speaking minority‘s forebears also are the first nation of South Africa and have lived there far, far longer than the Xhosa/Zulu tribes who now ‘rule’ South Africa. One of the ANC’s three proposed amendments to the Employment Equity Act says that ‘affirmative action should focus on South African citizens and that national demographics, rather than provincial population profiles, should be used to gauge employee representation. “ However warnings have been raised that if these “provincial quotas were taken away, this would have a powerful impact on the coloured people in the Western Cape and Northern Cape, where they are (still) in the majority.”http://www.capeargus.co.za/marais-to-challenge-equity-quotas-1.1019128
- However unlike the whites, these so-called ‘coloured’ people sitll do, by law, qualify for Welfare-benefits.
9-million people were on Welfare benefits by 2009
The SARR said the child-support grants made up the highest shares of the Welfare budget - with over 9m black, coloured and Asian beneficiaries. The old-age grants were given to 2million. By next year, the national treasury predicted, this number of welfare-recipients will rise to 16m beneficiaries.
- Whites are fighting to keep their rights to earn any kind of living:
- South Africa's official population count stands at 49.9m, of whom some 3million are well-educated whites – who despite all these labour-laws barring them from earning a survival-living, also still make up the largest single group of taxpayers: for instance, 21% of the whites aged between 15 to 24 were unemployed in 2010. http://www.news24.com/SouthAfrica/News/SA-becoming-welfare-state-SAIRR-20110131
51% of black, coloured and Asians between 15 to 25 unemployed/unemployable:
Among South Africans aged between 15 and 24, fifty-one percent are unemployed, says the SA Institute of Race Relations. This was more than double the national unemployment rate of 25%. Their survey found that unemployment was highest among young black women - 63% and that 57% of all the young blacks were unemployed; 47% of the coloured, 23% of the Indian and 21% of white youths are unemployed according to this survey.
Crackdown on white employment through contract jobs and labour brokers:
- However, under a large variety of ANC-laws, the 3-m white mostly Afrikaans-speaking minority - although also the best-educated group -- is not allowed to be employed in most public and private sector jobs and those still employed are being fired in large numbers. There are for instance, only 14,000 white police officers left out of a force of an estimated 69,000 active-duty police officers. Skilled whites, especially artisans, engineers and miners, however often still were able to find jobs through contract work and labour brokers.
- Crackdown - However the ANC-regime this year has yet another new law to stop this practice: hiring large teams of labour-inspectors to crack down hard on companies, even the smallest businesses, who still have white employees. http://www.fin24.com/Economy/Inspectors-to-enforce-labour-law-20110131

ANGER FROM EMPLOYERS ABOUT NEW LABOUR-LAW AMENDMENTS : SOWETAN
Sowetan reported Feb 1 2011 that the new labour law was greeted with anger and dismay by black and white employers alike. They’d met during a so-named ‘public consultation” at the national economic development and labour council in Johannesburg.
’Taxi industry will be in a worst state than during apartheid’…
Moses Ngobeni was quoted at the meeting by Sowetan as saying that ‘the government had failed to help the industry formalise and had resorted to laws that would increase unemployment. The taxi industry is one of those industries that is creating jobs," said Ngobeni. "Government has been back-tracking on helping to formalise this industry, and the new laws will not help the situation at all. Instead, we will be in a worst state than we were during apartheid."
They were hearing details of the amended Labour Relations Act, the Basic Conditions of Employment Act and the Employment Equity Act. The regime’s spindoctor said these were ‘intended to criminalisenon-compliance on the side of the employer, replacing the present fine of R900,000 for contraventions with a fine based on annual turnover and enforcing compliance.” Thembinkosi Mkalipi also said they were also meant to “address issues of child labour."
Farming is in crisis and this new labour act amendment will not help at all…
Freel Tomlison, manager at Agri -Gauteng, said the laws would be an administrative nightmare for farmers."Farmers operate individually. The present state of rural development is already deteriorating with farms being sold to government, leaving workers unemployed," he said."Farming is in crisis now. Workers' numbers are going down and this will not help at all."
“These laws will lead to more job losses”: SAIRR warns
Most of those who attended the hearing said ‘the government was hellbent on banning labour brokers and casual work,’ Sowetan reported, quting South African Institute of Race Relations' Anthea Jeffery as warning that the country has been losing jobs and “research has shown that these laws will lead to more job losses."
Pro-ANC Cosatu chairman in Gauteng Phutas Tseki however played the tursty-old race-card again, claiming that “the purpose of these laws is to help the suffering majority of workers out there, most of whom are black.” The deadline for this pretence at ‘democracy’ with sonamed ‘public submissions” is February 17. http://www.sowetanlive.co.za/news/2011/02/01/employers-against-new-labour-laws
14,000 white police officers to protect 3-million whites by 2011:
Only 14,000 white police officers left in 69,000-strong SAPF by 2011: Dr Dan Roodt of PRAAG said he was "very worried about the incident in Kwazulu-Natal" when the South African Police Service shot Mr. Kobus de Vries in the back while he was surrendering. "According to our information, a large number of former members and officers of the ANC militia, Umkhonto we Sizwe, has been absorbed into the SAPD. The SAPD has been purged on a racial basis and there are only 14 000 white policement left in the service. As whites they are prevented from being promoted and they remain in the lower ranks without decision-making authority. The ostensible execution of Mr. Kobus de Vries makes it appear as if the SAPD is increasingly acting as an ANC militia and that we are heading for a typically African scenario where human rights violations will be committed by representatives of the state in uniform. Given the most recent statements by the ANC and particularly Malema on land ownership, we are staring a Zimbabwe in the face, except that 'land reform' will be exacted here with genocide or elements of genocide." http://www.praag.co.uk/columns/dan-roodt/615-after-execution-of-kzn-farmer-genocide-case-is-urgent.html

R207-b in taxes collected – one-third was paid by 5,9million individual taxpayers in 2008 : “Personal income tax collections for the 2009/10 fiscal year amounted to R207-billion. This represented 35 percent of total revenue collections, up from 31 percent in 2008/09, and were the single biggest contributor to the government's coffers. The second biggest contributor to government revenue in 2009/10 was VAT, which contributed 25 percent. “The number of registered individual taxpayers in South Africa grew from 3.4-million in 2002/03 to 5.9-million in 2009/10, according to a SA Institute of Race Relations survey Personal income tax collections for the 2009 fiscal year amounted to R207-billion. Corporate income tax contributed 23 percent, fuel levies five, customs and excise duties and secondary tax on companies three percent each. Taxes classified as "other" (not further specified) contributed seven percent. Researcher Marius Roodt commented that although the total contribution of personal income tax payers was the single highest, it contributed only a third of total revenue that the government received from tax."Corporate tax and VAT together contribute nearly 50 percent of total tax revenue," Roodt said. "It is thus misleading to say, as some commentators do, that individual taxpayers bear the major burden of financing social grants." http://www.southafrica.info/news/business/27466.htm
