http://bit.ly/ivwRNL ‘ One Bullet – One White Infant ’ trial starts May 16 2011 Bloemfontein High Court : six male adult suspects charged with the Dec 1 2010 executions of 2-year-old Boer child Wilmien Potgieter and her parents Wilna and Attie Potgieter, Lindley Free State farm.
- In the dock: Tshololo Tello Mischach Letala (18), Tapa Mopontola Mofokeng (23), Paulus Samson Vusimuzi Khumalo (22), Telleko Sex Seekoei (19) , Stemmer Boy Mofokeng (22) and Diphapang Motaung, 18 – who is the ‘youth’accused of killing the little girl execution-style with a shot through her head..
Three farm workers were allegedly paid R500 each to execute the Boer family
Three of the accused black males, namely Khumalo and the two Mofokengs, were farm-workers who were allegedly paid R500 each according to police information, to help carry out the massacre of their employers. The six were denied bail and remained in custody. Diphapang Motaung who turned 18 in prison, also is suspected of being the ‘youth’ who was allegedly ‘initiated’ into the gang with the execution of two-year-old Wilmien Potgieter: the little girl was picked up by her hair and a bullet was fired through her skull – and then the toddler was dumped atop her murdered mother Wilna, 36, also executed moments before with a headshot. Her father was hacked to death with pangas.
The SAPS however claims it was just a “plain, ordinary murder/robbery incident”. Even the country’s deputy-agriculture Minister Dr Pieter Mulder didn’t believe the cops: he demonstrated outside the Lindley court-room in December against their bail-applications - angrily telling the news-media that the massacre “was racially-motivated”.http://www.volksblad.com/Suid-Afrika/Nuus/Sesde-verdagte-se-naam-bekend-20110301

Elderly, homeless Afrikaner couple Chris and Chrissie Knoll are constantly being shunted from their shelters by Nelspruit municipality – with teargas.
29 April 2011 – NELSPRUIT - "After countless complaints by residents and the Lowvelder newspaper, the homeless couple Chris and Chrissie Knol were chased out of a shack on municipal land between the spruit and Ehmke Street near the Village shopping centre, ‘ writes Lowvelder newspaper journalist Ivan Geurtse. He reports that the impoverished, elderly white couple now moved a bit further down and are living under a pink umbrella on the next corner.
“We keep the streets clean, we don’t steal copper’…
The couple said they live outdoors, but whenever it rained, they used to shelter beneath a roof at the shopping centre. When they were chased off there with teargas, they erected a better shack with a single bed and a roof which didn't leak. However local residents, fearful that 'other squatters' would move in as well, demanded that the municipality 'remove the culprits’. Which they did. Their shack was torn down and the couple now are back to living out in the open, protected only by a pink umbrella.
(source: Ivan Geurtse)
Chrissie said the municipality has been forcibly removing them twice, and illegally, without offering them alternative accommodation. The Knoll couple said they serve a purpose; they are keeping the streets clean in the area. Other squatters further down the spruit aren't as useful: instead they are removing the copper from stolen electric cables, "they said.
Comment by Adriana: I have contacted Mr Dirk Joubert, the Helpende Hand representative in Nelspruit, firstname.lastname@example.org, at his telephone number 0137413136 (also 718766865 ). He undertook to look into the matter and investigate ways in which the Knoll couple can be helped by the private charity organisation, which is run by Solidarity trade union.

Theuns Potgieter falsely arrested, legal gun confiscated, brutally kicked by Pretoria SAPF April 21 2011
When 33-year-old Afrikaner Theuns Potgieter of Silverton went to get two tyres fixed at a Gezina fuel-station with a friend on April 21 2011, at 21:14. he carried his legal handgun inserted in the back of his trousers. Suddenly a large number of police officers descended on the Afrikaner inside the fuel-station premises. He was kicked repeatedly in the stomach, handcuffed, his legally-registered gun confiscated. He needed treatment at hospital after his ordeal, which was recorded on CCTV... He was arrested for ‘resisting arrest’ and ‘having an illegal firearm’. Source: Hilda Fourie, Beeld.
The footage shows that he did not resist arrest at any stage: "When I saw the uniformed men coming in, and before they even spoke to me I had already taken out my handgun and placed it on my car's engine-cap, telling them that my firearm-registratiion license was legal, but was at home,’ he told Beeld newspaper.
He en his friend Hendrik Grobler, 34, who had gone to the petrol-station with him that night, were both ordered to lie down on their stomachs. Beeld photographed the CCTV-footage which showed what happened next: a man in civilian clothing who had been with the police and had been seen talking to them outside the fuel-station just before they all descended on Potgieter, then walked up to the Afrikaner and kicked him hard, several times in the stomach. And then the unresisting Potgieter was arrested for 'resisting arrest' - while it could be clearly seen on the CCTV that he never did that , as well as for 'possession of an unlicensed firearm.' And while he was being handcuffed, the same man in civilian clothes kitcked him again.
His friend Grobler, who had undergone back-surgery three weeks earlier, said he told the cops about this fact and that he was unable to lie down - they forced him to the ground anyway.
Potgieter was taken to the Pretoria Moot police station, were he was kept in the police-cells until Tuesday, when he was granted bail of R2,000 at the Pretoria magistrate's court. It's not known exactly what he is going to be charged for: the CCTV-footage clearly showed that he did not resist arrest and moreover, he can prove that is gun is a legally-registered weapon. After his ordeal, Potgieter on Friday-afternoon was taken to hospital for an examination, as he had blood in his urine and was throwing up. The police refused to accept his complaint, refused to investigate his allegations that he was assaulted during his arrest, said Potgieter. SAPF colonel Neville Malila approached for comment by Beeld, professed to be ‘shocked and angry,’ acclaimed that ‘this were not the actions of the average police officer,’ and added that such incidents would be ‘would be investigated internally.”
Farmer Andre vd Merwe of Ottosdal: shot three times, dragged 1,2km behind bakkie, left a trail of blood…
North West farmer André (Brood) vd Merwe, 49, was murdered on April 30 2011. The amiable, single man, who also worked at Swarico Auctions and was well known in the community, was also shot in the back of the head, in the chest and in the cheek. The black-racist murder occurred on his farm about 10 km outside town on the Lichtenburg road. And because three of the attackers were arrested, the SAPF confirmed the 'incident'. Brig. Thulani Ngubane also confirmed that VanderMerwe was dragged 1,2km behind his bakkie - which he said then overturned with the farmer still chained to it. Rather confusingly he explained that a black man they’d found at the scene had refused to give his name, but claimed that the farmer's body was found in the fields while the bakkie 'wasn't there any more'. Due to the diligence of a neighbour’s son and his friends, who followed Van der Merwe’s blood trail at 21:30, police were able to arrest three black men - one even was still inside the crashed bakkie.
Friend and neighbour Koos Weideman said Vd Merwe had recently conquered bladder-cancer with chemotherapy and had also had 'a series of heart attacks' three years ago.His son Louis, 22, and a group of young men searched for an dfound Vd Merwe's body on Saturday-night after André 's girlfriend Ms Petra Pretorius could not get hold of him and contacted Weideman's son. The neighbour said he was in Margate at the time and his son kept in touch by phone while the young men were following the blood-trail in the pitch-dark. Louis Weideman and his friends tracked the trail through the fields for about 1,2km before finding the body.
"My son phoned me at around 21:30 while they were still following it. They saw a lot of blood and then came across the body,' he said.
(Personal comment: The murdered farmer must still have been alive while being dragged as corpses don't usually bleed?)
His son is terribly shocked said Weideman. Local farmer Robert Nel also knew VdMerwe well, saying he also worked at the Swarico Auctions, was well-known in the community and enjoyed making jokes. He had been targetted for attacks before: last year a safe was robbed from his house, which then was recovered.
The three detained suspects were expected for a remand date appearance at Ottosdal magistrate's court soon. This is 'blatant racism,' said Freedom Front MP Pieter Groenewald. "The Police minister is too lax to act against farm-attackers and the socalled rural safety plan f theirs only exists on paper but not in practice. '
Viva malema, die white man, he shouted‘ – attacked farmer leon koekemoer said
Transcript of an interview with a victim of a vicious racist attack. The victim Leon Koekemoer and his wife Annelie Koekemoer, left, recalls the horrific scene one year ago, when they woke up to face their black racist attackers in the bedroom of the farmhouse at Bynespoort, 10 April 2010, 5km from Mamelodi near Pretoria. This is their story:
"24 April 2011, interview with Leon Koekemoer, Pretoria.
Leon, you are about to recall the events that occurred during an attack on your family on the farm .... What is the name of the farm and when did this happen?"
Koekemoer: " Look this happened a week after Terre'Blanche’s murder. The farm is in Bynespoort. The name of the farm is Nooitgedacht."
"I recall that it was a Saturday morning round 05:00 am. My wife woke me and told me that she'd heard something in the house"
Interviewer: " Sorry for interrupting, but can we just establish the exact date.....this happened on the 5th of April 2010? You mentioned a week after Terre' Blances murder, so that means it must've been around the 10th of April, then?"
Koekemoer: " It was on the 10th"
Interviewer: "Ok, continue.."
- The Afrikaner Journal can confirm the date of the 10th of April 2010 Die Beeld - Newspaper: 4 val gesin aan en gil: ‘Sterf! Viva, Malema!’
Koekemoer: "....05:00 that morning, my wife woke me and told me that she'd heard 'something strange in the house' (a strange noise). She then got up and went to the bedroom door.
"At the very same time, two black men tried to force themselves into the room. One of the attackers managed to slip past her into the room. She did keep her wits about her and kept on pushing the door shut to prevent the others from also entering. The attacker inside the room then turned on her and started to beat her."
"I then jumped up to help her, but in my haste to get to her, I accidentally knocked the bedside table over, which plunged the room into darkness."
"This of course meant that I'd lost track of my weapon, luckily I remembered the axe I'd left in the corner of the room, and promptly made for it in the darkness. I grabbed it and made for the door to aid my wife who was by now, in a fully fledged battle for survival"
Interviewer: " Just for the record, you were both in the same room, with the attacker, at that point - right?"
Koekemoer: "Yes all of this happened in the main bedroom"
Interviewer: "Ok, and then?"
Koekemoer: " We had a lodger living with us at the time, and he was asleep in the bedroom next to ours, and as I ran to assist my wife, I heard shouting coming from that room. The words were very clear and unmistakable. The attacker shouted:
" Viva Malema...die, Mlungu!" - (Viva Malema, die white man!), followed by several shots fired.
"In the confusion that followed, I tried to pull the attacker away from my wife... it was difficult to identify the attacker from my wife - in early morning light"
"I then hacked at him, with the axe - he then turned to defend himself, by grabbing the axe and attempted to pull it away "
"We then struggled for control of the axe. During the struggle, I noticed that the attacker was considerably larger and taller than me"
"My wife kept the door shut through-out the fight."
"At one point during the struggle we fell across the bed - fortunately, I landed on top of him."
"My wife then managed to find the light switch in the meantime, and suddenly I could see this black man - his eyes were wild...."
Interviewer: "Do you think he was intoxicated or high at the time?"
Koekemoer: "It did come across as though he was high"
Interviewer: " uhhum..."
Koekemoer: " Neither of us wanted to let go of the axe, because the one who'd win control".....*Interrupted*
It was a fight for survival:
Interviewer: "......because it was a fight for survival?"
Koekemoer: " Yes it was a fight for survival - I then changed tactics and jabbed him in the eyes - he panicked, let go of the axe and tried to escape. He then attacked Annelie again - presumably to get her out of his way and away from the door and his escape route. She, however - tried desperately to keep the door shut to prevent him not only from escaping, but from getting to the children."
"I then chopped him with the axe in the back - he then wrenched the door open and darted down the passage, with me in close pursuit."
"My lodger then cried out a warning, he shouted: "Be careful! - They're armed!"
"As I passed his room I noticed that the door to the room, was shut.
"In the passage I jumped over a prostrate figure in my pursuit of the fleeing attacker."
" Unfortunately he found an open window, launched himself through it - and escaped"
"I then turned back and discovered that the other attacker (on the floor in the passage), was also a young black male in the throes of death - in his hand, he was still clutching a firearm"
"In the bedroom I discovered another firearm, a CZ100 - full magazine, on the floor. According to the police one round was fired in the bedroom."
Interviewer: " Who did this weapon belong to?"
Koekemoer:" That firearm belonged to the attacker - they seem to be very well armed"
Koekemoer: " I think we caught them off guard - when my wife discovered them at the door. One thing is clear, I think my wife put up a brave fight. If it hadn't been for her vigilance - they could very well have overpowered us in bed - in which case, we would've been utterly helpless and completely at their mercy."
"The lodger afterward told me that when they overpowered him in bed, he quickly grabbed his weapon (that he kept under his pillow) and fired several shots at them. We noticed the bullet holes in the door after the fact - we also assume that it was one of his bullets that killed the attacker that died in the passage."
We informed the police at 5am – two black policemen arrived at 7am, yawning:
"We immediately informed the police about the incident - this was at around 05:00AM in the morning, and at 07:00AM two black policemen arrived on the scene - yawning and looking decidedly disinterested in providing the service they get paid for."
"Through out the morning, more police arrived on the scene - they were from the Cullinan SAPS. They then set up a barrier, some of my friends also arrived at that point."
They barred the news media
"The police were, at that point, informed of a media contingent gathering at the farm gate. The Police refused them access to the farm - presumably in the light of what the attackers shouted during the attack: "Viva Malema - die Mlungu!".
"I thought that the exercise of refusing the media access to the farm was ludicrous, because the house was the crime scene in my opinion - not the entire farm."
"The SABC was also present. They did conduct an interview, but they informed me later that they won't broadcast it, to prevent....um.... how shall I put this..."further conflict".
Blatant attempt by SABC to hide the motive for farm attacks -
" This is utter nonsense in my opinion, because this a blatant attempt to hide the motive for farm attacks (in my opinion) it isn't greed (robbery), but it has a genocidal undertone - they want to exterminate all white farmers."
Interviewer: " So, according to you there is a direct link between, the wording of the hate speech song: 'Kill the Boer, Kill the farmer' and farm attacks?"
Koekemoer: " It is a very clear connection, because this song was sung just before the killing of Mr. Eugene Terre' Blanche. I think that this 'was the reason why he was killed'. I think this song is used to incite blacks to attack farmers and - not to rob them, because in the Terre' Blanche case the reason given at the time, was that it had been a wage dispute - 'but to kill them'.
We had no black labour – we do our own work:
"In our case, the above cannot be said, because we did not make use of black labour - we did everything ourselves, the attack could not have been due to a "wage-dispute".
Interviewer:" So you can prove that this could not have been due to outstanding wages, outstanding overtime, outstanding bonuses and the like... or anything related to the above?"
Koekemoer:" No, nothing of that nature - but I do feel that the motive for the attack was most definitely, to kill us because of the words, "viva Malema - die, Mlungu!" uttered during the attack. As far as I know there is different interpretations of the word: 'mlungu' - sometimes it means 'white man' and it is also used to show contempt and then takes on the meaning of 'white scum'.
"Another reason I think that the motive for this attack could not have been robbery, is that they ignored all the valuables in the living room and seemed to be more interested in getting to the occupants, of the house. They could've cleaned us out without going through the trouble of confronting us."
Interviewer: "Leon just as a matter of interest, did these attackers have any containers with them - like bags to haul away their loot in, or where they armed only? Alternatively, did it look as though they came ready to rob?
Koekemoer:" No I don't think so - the motive was clearly to attack and to kill. They were both wearing gloves, so they did come prepared, but not to rob. The one attacker lost his glove in the bedroom where we fought for control of the axe. They had ties with them - presumably to restrain us, and to torture us.
Interviewer: "mmm...okay - tell me, Leon, you are aware that this interview will be translated into English, to make it more accessable for the international community to read about what we, as Afrikaners have to endure at the hands of the ANC regime and how we are treated as second-hand citizens, in our own country. What message do you have for the international community reading this story?
We are being exterminated:
Koekemoer: All I want, is for the international community to take note of plight of this very small nation - betrayed by the world. Please, do not turn a blind eye - we are being exterminated by the very same people who you supported during Apartheid. This is how they want to effect reconciliation.
I think that now is a very opportune time, for the international community to support our cause, because they (the ANC) are busy with an extermination policy.
Interviewer: " Do you think that this qualifies as genocide?"
Koekemoer: "This is most definitely, genocide"
Interviewer: " Thank you so much sharing your story"
Koekemoer: " It was my pleasure"
Why this violence?
The Koekemoer couple were lucky to escape with their lives, and with those of their children.
Other farmers are not so lucky and die horrible deaths at the hands of these black racists.
Malema claims that white farmers should not have to fear farm attacks, if they willingly give some of their land away to the landless.
This statement immediately begs the following question:
Why should farmers have to fear at all - if they (as the producers of the food that all South Africans consume) are already suffering the consequences of expropriation of their land, their property and their rights by the ANC-regime?
Why is there a need for violence and/or a threat of violence, when the government is already employing the judiciary, to address the matter ?
Threats “Kill the Boer’ during farm attacks only published in Afrikaans news-media…
It is also very noticeable that this threat by Malema - yes, a threat (because this is the only way one can interpret such a statement) - is published in the Afrikaans media only, thereby preventing the rest of the world from access to this information. In related news, the Journal reports another vicious attack on a farmer as related by News24.com from the North West province.
Apr 30 2011 ANDRE (BROOD) VAN DER MERWE, 49, OF OTTOSDAL: MURDERED, HIS CORPSE DRAGGED 1,2km BEHIND HIS BAKKIE…
Ottosdal farmer Andre (Brood) van der Merwe, 49, right, , was shot three times and then draggeded behind his bakkie outside Ottosdal on Saturday night, North West police said."
