Sept 24 2011 – WITBANK. The ANC-regime’s trumped-up court cases against so-named ‘white rightwing terrorists’ such as the Boeremag, received another blow when its demonisation-case against 32nd Battallion commander Willem Ratte collapsed. The ANC-regime’s ongoing attempts to imprison this 63-year-old hero of the best bush-fighting unit in the world – and which so effectively fought against these Marxist terrorists, have failed: Case withdrawn
Nearly died in an ANC-prison from his hunger-strike, regime even tried to demonise Ratte by implying he ‘possessed child pornography and drugs’… eagerly published by the news-media, yet they had no proof…
For those of you who remember the high level of publicity in the ANC-news media about the socalled 'white racist terrorist' Willem Ratte and the case of the raid on his farm with the so called “weapons-cache”; ‘child-pornography claims’ and ‘dagga-possession’ - here’s something you won’t hear from the ANC-controlled news media as dramatically as they reported the white man’s arrest ------ the state quietly withdrew all the charges in September 2011 in Witbank court.
There had only ever been one offical ‘State-witness’, the man who had submitted the original complaint at the Witbank police station. The witness, Mike Hough, who lived on the Balmoral farm as an illegal squatter who repaired large trucks on the premises, reportedly had previous criminal convictions.
32nd Battallion: the world’s best bush-fighting unit: the ANC-regime tried to implicate Commander Willem Ratte in a variety of trumped-up charges – but were forced to quietly drop the case in Sept 2011 : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=exH7Bt1Q3qI
The state even claimed at one stage – (when twice pressed by the magistrate Magistrate Ernst du Plooy that the state prosecutor, Mavundla, must “at least tell me on on what, and why Ratte was arrested for ) that it was “investigating rumours of possession of child pornography” against 63-year-old Ratte.
People in the public gallery reportedly ‘audibly caught their breaths’ when a defiant Mr. Fanie Mavundla, senior prosecutor, made this announcement in the Witbank Magistrate’s Court during a previous hearing when he demanded that Ratte must apply for bail. Ratte had refused to do so and had gone on an hunger-strike in protest against his illegal arrest.
Mavundla claimed at that time that this alleged find was made ‘on a laptop computer, other computers and cellphones.”
- Police had stolen goods during their illegal raid - and never indicated that these belonged to Ratte:
- However Adv. Jurg Prinsloo, Senior Councel for Ratte, said Mavundla dit not specify whether those computers actually belonged to his client. In a previous court statement, Ratte had already told the court that the police “had stolen goods and he was never given a receipt for these goods to indicate whether they were his.”
“Protecting merchant ships along Somalian coast against pirates” – another claim:
Mavundla reportedly was defiant towards the magistrate, saying that “because the accused refused to apply for bail, according to protocol it is not the duty of the State to explain.” After the magistrate pressed him again, Mavundla then rescinded, explaining “under protest” that Ratte was being charged “for the possession of illegal firearms and ammunition, as well as possession of marijuana”. However Ratte said this dagga was found on a neighbouring farm which he had no control over, and that the socalled ‘illegal firearms’ were not his. Then Mavundla dropped his child pornography bomb which visibly made the present journalists sit up and take notice: “Child pornography was found on one of the computers, and the state is still considering whether it will open a case for this against the accused,” Mavundla reportedly.
The initial claims in the SA news media aksi also that “Ratte was involved with protecting ships along Somalian coast against pirates.” - “It is clear that the man has several contacts in high places. If we let him go, he can intimidate witnesses, or disappear,” Mavundla claimed.
A charge of obstruction of justice was already laid last year against the investigating officers in the case against Willem Ratte, the Herstigte Nasionale Party spokesman said. view . Retired white conscript-soldiers from the SADF - such as Willem Ratte – are denied any war-veterans benefits under the ANC-regime’s pension scheme, the black- majority rulers also recently announced.
Illegal police raid: Ratte had committed no crimes whatsoever:
Ratte and nine others were arrested during an illegal police raid on his farm in Balmoral, Mpumalanga on Oct 1 2010… carried out without any legal search orders from any law court. Since his retirement from the 32nd Battallion, Ratte had concentrated on teaching young Afrikaners an independent artisan trade such as carpentry and construction work: because the ANC-regime has made many laws denying ‘whites’ access to most of the labour-market.
South Africa is the only country in the world which has made such laws, referred to as ‘ Black Economic Empowerment’ laws, to ‘protect’ the very large ruling black majority of 46-million against a very small group of 3-million ‘whites’. Considerably more than 800,000 of the 3-million Afrikaners now are languishing in some 640 squatter camps – denied any support-benefits or even food-aid by the regime. And its great many former SADF-conscripts are also denied any war-veteran benefits under the regime.
After his arrest, Ratte went on hunger-strike, protesting against the illegality surrounding it. As his hunger strike entered its 25th day, the State demanded that “Ratte must apply for bail as they could not proceed with ‘his case’ until he did. Ratte's counsel Advocate Jurg Prinsloo SC said his client felt that he did not need to apply for bail -- as he had not committed any crime whatsoever. In protest he went on hunger-strike. His eight co-accused – all were young Afrikaner men he had been teaching carpentry to - were released on free bail.
The rumours also spread by the ANC-police -- in the absence of formal charges before the court – were that these men ‘faced charges of illegal possession of dagga (which police had actually found on an adjacent farm which had nothing to do with Ratte whatsoever). The police had also claimed that they had found socalled ‘unlicensed firearms and ammunition” which turned out to be legal handguns, legal pellet-guns, carpentry tools and farm implements…. -http://www.iol.co.za/news/south-africa/mpumalanga/ratte-refuses-bail-continues-hunger-strike-1.688804
The regime’s propaganda-campaign against Ratte even described as ‘suspicious’ the books they confiscated on hunting, and an apartheid-era uniform cap. The farm implements were used in the training of the legally-unemployable Afrikaans youths, (below) who were being taught carpentry and masonry at the farm so that they could start their own construction businesses – the ANC regime denies such white youths access to the labour market under its anti-white Black Economic Empowerment laws…

Summary: Afrikaans family cursed as ‘racists’ spit at by 8 black cops; Afrikaans motorist Leon du Preez slashed through face by passenger in passing taxi with razor-wire whip; bailed taxi-driver Thamage who dragged adv Kim McCusker in Sept also ran down a Diepsloot boy in July; Kempton Park resident Daniel Barnard injured in armed attack and cops find his hijacked BMW near Boksburg bank; and whatever happened to the anti-white racism complaint against the country’s Director of Public Prosecutions?
Pretoria metro-cops force Afrikaans family off the road, threaten to clobber a 13-year-old Afrikaans boy, spit at the family, screaming they are ‘racists’.
SEPT 22 2011. In Pretoria, the notorious "Tshwane" Metro Police have threatened to hit him, and spat in the face of 13 year old Afrikaner schoolboy Johan Marais -- after the child had merely waved at them – warning them that the police-vehicle was driving against the traffic on a one-way off-ramp of the N1 highway.
The vehicle in which the 13 year old Johan Marais was traveling, was entering the N1 highway when a white Toyota Condor came driving against the traffic from the highway. Johan says he gestured with his hands at them pointing out that they were driving the wrong way. The Condor then chased the Afrikaner family and seven black men and 1 woman emerged from the same vehicle all dressed in Metro police uniforms. One of them pushed a finger against the 13-year-old child's head and said ‘I’ll f***** moer you’ (I'll f***ng hit you). The black police officers called the Afrikaner family 'all racists who have no respect for black people'. They also pulled the child from the vehicle and throughout pointed their fingers at him. (In black-African culture, pointing fingers at people indicates that you want them dead. It’s a very threatening gesture). His 15 year old sister recorded a part of the incident on her cellphone. The video clip was removed from Youtube but Mr. Nic Calagero of the "counter corruption" unit said the "officers" will be identified by the videoclip. "If anybody contravened the law, I will charge them" "Tshwane" Metro Police are already notorious for assaulting and threatening white motorists with many previous incidents. Recently it was also reported that the Police "chief" was driving a motorcar and a Harley Davidson motorcycle with false registration plates. He has yet to be charged. http://www.beeld.com/Suid-Afrika/Nuus/Padvalke-spoeg-13-jarige-seun-glo-vloek-hom-20110921 -- http://www.farmitracker.com/reports/view/1852
Leon du Preez got face slashed by passing black-racist taxi-passenger bit.ly/nIEqZu with razor-wire whip:
source: Volksblad journalist Marisa Phillips 2011-09-21 - WELKOM - A chain embedded with sharp razor-wire was used by the passenger in a passing taxi to slash the face of local resident Leon du Preez, 34. Du Preez was driving Monday-morning September 19 2011 at 9.30am in Jan Hofmeyr Road, Welkom enroute to work. "At the roundabout near Manny's I ended up blocked in behind a truck and a passing taxi which drove very close past me. My window was rolled down.Someone from the taxi called to me and when I looked up, I saw this shining object thrown towards me, burning my face. I felt the blood spatter."He rolled up his window, and rushed to work holding a cloth to his bleeding face."I nearly rolled my car,' he said. His face has deep cutting marks and seven stitches were needed to patch it back up.He said he could only spot a 'brown-coloured taxi'. "It's so unreal. I feel like a zombie. The doctor gave me medicine to deal with the shock,' he said.Du Preez, who works as a sales manager, reported the incident by the Welkom police. SAPF sergeant Puleng Motsoeneng confirmed it."It's the first such incident reported to the Welkom SAPF and we call on anyone who may have seen this or had similar incidents, to report to their nearest police-station'.
Shane Booysen of Amanzimtoti falsely arrested FOUR TIMES by same police-force at Johannesburg International Airport
22 September 2011: Kempton Park. source: Jenny Bipat - Charmaine and Shane Booysen’s overseas trip was cut short at the boarding gate at the Johannesburg International Airport on August 17, when Shane was arrested and told he was wanted by the police. He was arrested in full view of a large number of passengers and dumped in a cell, once with an arrested drug-smuggler. And this happened to him four times: even after they had called in their lawyer and tried to continue their trip to Sweden and Switzerland.
"My wife Charmaine and I couldn’t wait for our trip to Sweden and Switzerland. After the airport official checked my documents, he told me I was wanted by the police. My first thought was disbelief. I told the official it was impossible, I’ve never been arrested for anything in my life," said Shane.
"When the police escorted me away like a common crook in front of onlookers, it was most embarrassing. I was detained in an office at the airport and asked why I was leaving the country and where I was going."Shane was told a warrant had been issued for his arrest at Bedfordview police station. "It’s difficult to describe what I felt at the time, but it was a mixture of shock, anger and disappointment," he said.In spite of him telling police they must be mistaken, they made him feel like a criminal. "After detaining us for 45 minutes they must have realised I wasn’t who they were looking for. Although we could leave, we were too late to board our flight."After picking up their luggage at the departure gate, the couple were escorted back to the police detaining office. "I asked the police if we could book another flight to Zurich, catch a connecting flight in Stockholm to board a cruise ship."
To get to the booking department of Swiss Air, they had to go through customs again, where the whole scenario was repeated. "By this time I had reached the end of my tether," said Shane. Although the police let him go again, it was too late to book another flight. Luckily their daughter lives in Johannesburg and they stayed the night with her. The next morning the Booysen’s contacted a lawyer. "I didn’t want to go back to the airport only to be arrested again." While Charmaine rebooked their tickets as they hoped to continue with their plans despite the hiccup - the lawyer went to the airport police. "He contacted me to meet with him and the police as they had assured him the matter will be resolved. When I got to them, I was told I was being arrested for fraud and forgery and took me to a holding cell at the airport. I had given up on ever going on our trip and told Charmaine to cancel everything." Shane was placed in a cell with a drug smuggler and three-and-a-half-hours later he was escorted to Bedfordview police station. "A police captain told me he will 'help fix the mix-up' and took me to the police inspector I assume was handling the case." The inspector said he was 'the wrong person'. "They opened a docket and showed me a photo of some stranger. They said the person may have used my identity in 2002 to obtain bail after a court hearing in Germiston." The police gave him a letter stating his innocence and that the fraud was committed due to the possibility of him losing an ID book and that he was wrongfully arrested. "No-one could explain to me why I was given a visa if there was an arrest warrant out for me." After he was told he was free, the Booysens decided to continue with their vacation.
AND AGAIN HE WAS TOLD HE WAS A 'WANTED MAN'...
"When we went through customs, I was once again told I was a wanted man. We were escorted back to the police detaining offices but were allowed to leave after producing the letter."
The Booysens eventually got to Sweden but lost about R7,000, excluding the lawyer’s fee, due to cancellations. "While Charmaine and I still managed to have a nice trip, being detained twice and arrested did sour the experience. On our return, I was told for the fourth time I was wanted and escorted to the police detaining offices. After showing them the letter we were allowed to leave."
Bailed taxi-driver Matome Thamage charged with dragging Adv Kim McCusker also ran down 7-yo Diepsloot boy Ompohemetse Edward Mathobela in July:
2011-09-23 source: Beeld journalists Pauli van Wyk and Jacques Steenkamp - Seven-year-old Omphemetse Edward Mathobela sustained suspected brain-damage after taxi-driver Matome Thamage, 30, dragged the child beneath his taxi on 19 July 2011 in Diepsloot. Mathobela also is under arrest for dragging Adv Kim McCusker for about 700m in Lone Hill twee weeks ago.Mathobela submitted a sworn statement admitting that he also ran down and dragged young Mathobela to the attorneys representing the Road Accidents Fund.He submitted the statement to the Randburg magistrate's court before he was granted a mere R5,000 bail and ordered to reappear in November for trial. The Road Accidents Fund became involved in the case because a Pretoria hospital submitted a medical claim for brain-surgery performed on the seven-year-old Diepsloot child.According to Matome Thamage's statement, he 'heard a bang' when he pulled away on July 19 2011 when pulling away from the curb-side in Diepsloot. He climbed out and 'noticed the pupil lying at the taxi's front-left wheel. The pedestrian was injured to the head but showed no wounds,' claimed his statement."He told me he suffered pain and blood came from his nose.' The taxi-driver loaded the child into his taxi, took him to the nearby fire-station from where the little boy phoned his grandfather Herman Mathobela.Thamage said the child was taken to the Kalafong Hospital in Atteridgeville west of Pretoria. He claimed that 'the police never investigated nor took any statements from me although I reported the accident to the Diepsloot police station'.Investigating officer in the McCusker case, constable Naudé Mathe, said to his knowledge Thamage 'was not being prosecuted for any other criminal cases'.SAPF spokesman w/o Balan Muthan told the court that the investigating officer 'was still awaiting the results of Thamage's finger-print tests which could take while before we can determine whether Thamage was involved in any other cases."Little Omphemetse is now being cared for by his granddad who lives in Diepsloot. His mom Ms Ruth Mathobela is a student-nurse at the Cosmos Hospital near eMalahleni (Witbank). She told Beeld that she was 'terribly shocked' about her son's accident. " I cried through the night and could not sleep. I cannot believe he (the taxi-driver) has now run down another person.'Mrs Mathobela told Beeld that her little son has to return to the Pretoria hospital next week. "The doctors said he had bleeding and water on the brain due to the accident and will probably be brain-damaged.'On 17 August they operated to drain the blood from his brain, but now he has to return. And I don't have money,' she said, in tears.
Daniel Barnard, 61, injured in armed attack, Kempton Park
21 September 2011 source: journalist Fanie Mthupha - Police seized two illegal guns and thus foiled a planned bank robbery. The guns were found inside an BMW-vehicle which was stolen from Daniel Barnard, 61. Mr Barnard was injured in an armed-attack on his home on Sept 13 2011.
Quick work by the Boksburg SAPS possibly foiled a planned bank robbery, when they seized the vehicle that could have been used by would-be bank robbers, on Tuesday, September 20.Two firearms hidden beneath the back seat of the vehicle, that was parked in Bank Street, in the Boksburg CBD, were also seized.According to André de Jager, spokesman for the Boksburg SAPS, police received information about two suspicious-looking vehicles parked in Bank Street, outside the Standard Bank.Concern was raised that the occupants, who were not seen, were planning to rob the bank."Police followed up on the information and found one of the vehicles, a dark blue BMW 318, parked a few metres from the bank," said de Jager."Upon searching the car, officers found two firearms."One is a state-issued Z88 9mm pistol and its serial number has been tempered with."The other firearm is a .38 Special revolver, which was checked and found to be not registered."No one was in the vehicle when it was recovered, and no suspects have been arrested in the case."Upon further investigation, it was determined that the vehicle had been stolen during a house robbery in Kempton Park, on September 13.The other vehicle, a white Nissan van which was allegedly seen with the BMW, was not found. The recovered vehicle was later returned to its owner, Daniel Barnard (61).According to Barnard, the car was hijacked at his home. Despite 'cooperating with the robbers' - SA crime-victims are always told to 'cooperate' with the robbers and then they won't be harmed -- , he was shot in his arm and was taken to hospital."I thank the Boksburg SAPS, they have done a fantastic job," he said.Police are now hunting for the would-be bank robbers.
Whatever happened to the anti-white racism complaint against the black Director of Public Prosecutions Menzi Simelane? http://www.news24.com/SouthAfrica/News/Simelane-facing-racist-complaint-20110906
Johannesburg - A complaintwas lodged on Sept 6 2011 against national director of public prosecutions Menzi Simelane relating to anti-white racist comments he made in the Sunday Times, the SA Institute of Race Relations (SAIRR) announced. "The institute is of the view that these comments are racist, could incite racial hatred, and unfairly discriminate against whites," deputy chief executive officer Frans Cronje said in a statement. "The institute has asked the Human Rights Commission of SA to investigate the comments and secure appropriate redress."
“Most crimes against black people are by white men…’ The newspaper quoted Simelane as saying: "It is also a fact that in all, if not most, of these crimes black people are the victims. It is also a fact that the perpetrators are mostly white men. Our courts are full of people like these."
Demonisation of whites -- with a faked-up 3-year-old very sick, very stupid picture-‘joke’ -- in Sunday Times:
Simelane immediately called for the introduction of "race crime legislation" and also wanted 'greater policing of social networking websites". "Until this race legislation was enacted, South Africa would continue to have incidences where race remained a major factor", said Simelane. His comments were in reaction to a story which was totally untrue: showing a black youth, apparently lifeless while a white man stood over him with a rifle. However, the story was totally untrue with a posed photograph: it had been a three-year-old sick Facebook joke as the child who had posed for the picture was very much alive. http://www.timeslive.co.za/local/2011/08/28/wanted-facebook-racist
An investigation was even launched by the SA Police Force after the faked-up image was published in the Sunday Times - along with a police plea for the man in the picture or anyone who recognizes him ‘to help their investigation.’The Sunday Times quotes officials as saying anyone party to the production and posting of the photograph could be charged under several laws including the Children’s Act, the Films and Publications Act and the Criminal Procedure Act. http://newsone.com/world/associatedpress1/south-african-police-probe-facebook-racist/
HRC spokesman Vincent Moaga confirmed it had received the racism-complaint against Simelane. "It will be put through our complaint assessment process to determine the best way of dealing with it." National Prosecuting Authority spokesman Mthunzi Mhaga said the national director of public prosecutions (Simelane) would deal with the matter only when he was formally notified."The NDPP has noted the press release by SAIRR. He will deal with the said complaint as and when he is officially notified and in receipt thereof." http://www.news24.com/SouthAfrica/News/Simelane-facing-racist-complaint-20110906
