Tsitsikamma cattle mutilation: political message

Indeed – SA president Zuma in January 8 2012 in Bloemfontein DID sing: (below) "We are going to shoot them, they are going to run, Shoot the Boer, shoot them, they are going to run, Shoot the Boer, we are going to hit them, they are going to run, the Cabinet will shoot them, with the machine gun, the Cabinet will shoot them, with the machine gun ...' http://youtu.be/6fzRSE_p1Ys
Are there any other presidents of any countries who sing songs inciting their followers to kill a vulnerable ethnic minority? And also ‘encouraging’ their entire Cabinet to do so as did SA president Jacob Zuma on Jan 8 2012 (below?)
April 8 2012 – “Tsitsikamma Farmer” writes: " I am a dairy farmer in the Tsitsikamma area . Me and my family are all dependent on this farming operation . We farm under a difficult political cloud with our President , Mr Jacob Zuma openly singing aggravating songs of Killing the Whites . Together with that he wants food security. I include some photos of a pregnant cow which should have calved in a week’s time , which was savaged to death by terrorists during last night. The cow was hit by a panga or something to disable her from running away and then the terrorists cut her shoulder off while alive and left her to bleed to death . I see this horrible deed as a political message to me and my people . He writes: “Our dairy herd consists of 900 cows and 700 heifers . Our well paid permanent staff , which are housed on the farm consist of 20 black workers and their families. The value of the cow will be in the region of R 12000. The loss of income from her calf and her milk for the next lactation has not been taken into consideration. The greatest effect however is the psychological wounds which are not visible from outside.”
Legal theft:
“We also suffer under the Black Economic Empowerment laws – it is my viewpoint that BEE is a ‘legal’ way of robbing lawful owners of ownership of their businesses. From my perspective, I do not recognize the ANC as the legitimate government.”
